​Commission turnaround is usually no longer than one month. You will be notified if delays occur.

 I will update more regularly throughout the whole process. However you can also ask for updates at any time!

Once full payment is received, I will begin on the sketch.I will work according to the directives, if you already have an idea in mind I will follow that otherwise I will base myself on the information of the character

After the sketch is approved, I will continue working on your order. Small tweaks may be requested throughout the process up to the fla color stage, but major changes will be denied after the sketch is approved.

Refunds aren't available after the sketch is approved.

For payment plans, I will not surpass the flat stage until the payment has been completed.
